12/2016 UPDATE: Once again we ordered online for Rapid Pickup (the Web & App, just make it too easy!). Upon pickup we hear the usual line "sorry, we're out of...."
Previously, they would make me ask or demand a replacement or a portion of our money back. This time the manager had a good attitude and offered me multiple selections. When I couldn't decide gave me both items. With the changes to the original order they repacked our order. Upon arrival home, 2 items got left behind. I'm pretty sure this was my fault, when I arrived back up there to pick it up, I was blown away. Not only did they replace the left items with fresh ones. I was given a bag of what seemed like 2 of every pastry and a Holiday Loaf!
