I called Publix bakery this morning as I have many times in the past. The difference today was I spoke to a girl named Tori Annett.
I felt compelled to write a review on her customer service.
She exhibited explicit Customer Service. She was patient and so very kind with me while I asked about several sizes, shapes, designs and flavors of cakes. Being a Customer Service Assistant Manager, I do NOT say that much!!! This girl/woman deserves to be recognized more than just this review. She is outstanding! She is someone anyway would want on their team.
